Calling all foodies and barbeque lovers. Stanley’s Pit BBQ from East Texas will be bringing the heat to O’Connor Brewing Co. on Saturday, October 19, 2019. Pit-master and Stanley’s owner Nick Pencis has repeatedly ranked among Texas’ top pit-masters. A longtime friend of the O’Connor family, this event has been a dream in the making for many years. The menu will feature brisket, ribs, the infamous “Mother Clucker” sandwich, giant frito pies and Texas BBQ cooked on site. Live music by The Ben Phelps Project.
