After a couple of years talking about it, regional independent breweries have formed the Coastal Virginia Brewery Alliance (CVBA) and are kicking things off with an inaugural Beer Fest at the Hermitage Museum & Gardens on June 29 in Norfolk. The festival will exclusively showcase the craft beers produced in the Coastal Virginia region. Earlier this year the Alliance announced 27 breweries had joined the CVBA.
