Starr Hill Brewery has put together a new 12-pack featuring four new IPA varieties.
Branded as “Hopped As Hell,” the Crozet-based brewery veers from its usual musical themed beers and opts for an end-of-summer vibe titling each of the four IPA varieties as “favorite ways to beat the heat.”
Shade is a Kveik IPA fermented with the Hornindal Kveik yeast to drive aromas of fresh-cut pineapple, mango, and tangerine.
The hazy/juicy Swim has pineapple, mango and exotic tropical notes with a soft mouthfeel that will have you floating through summer.
AC has intense citrus flavor with floral notes and balanced Amarillo and Citra hop bitterness with a malty sweetness.
Mountain Air is an East Coast IPA with crisp piney, citrus and earthy aromas.
All four IPAs are 7.0 % ABV.
